Carlos Gamboa was born in Merida Yucatan, Mexico On October 24th of 1981. He knew the Lord Jesus near his 15 years old. He's been serving to Him since. His apostolate initiates in the "Roca Firme" Community , an Evangelización's School to the service of the Catholic Church, taking the God's Word to the most remote places through retreats, missions and concerts. He studied guitar, singing and scenic expression with Fernando Rojas Sarlat + and his wife Elsy Acatitla. Later, he conducts the band "Roca Firme", sharing the stage with Martin Valverde and the Hna. Glenda. :: Music Training :: He takes particular classes of Piano, Harmony and Solfeggio with Mr. Juan Palacios, (Armando manzanero's ex-pianist) as well as popular guitar classes with the guide of the excellent Teacher, Ricardo Vega. Later, he enters to "Jose Jacinto Cuevas" school of music, choosing the alto saxophone as instrument, taking as a teacher to the experienced sax player: Mr Ruy Medina. There, he takes classes of Solfeggio with (Jonathan Rentería), pitch training (Juan Jose Pastor, Spain), choir class (Dulce, Cuba), Jazz Improvisation (Gilberto Pinzón) and music Appraisal (Álvaro Vega). Nowadays he's taking a degree in Composition at the ESAY (Yucatan's University of Arts). He represents to Mexico in Composition in the " XIXth World Festival of the Marian Song " in Guatemala, with the song " Maria Músic of God ". On September 24th of 2005, it was one very special day, since he got married with the woman that God had separated for him... Dulce. Nowadays in Mixdown Studio, an avant-garde recording studio, produces to several catholic artists signed with the label Alabanza Producciones he also produces jingles, spots, and compositions to order. He edits two radio programs: " La Mujer que ama a Cristo Tiene Esperanza " and "Todo Lo Puedo en Cristo" For EWTN in Birmingham, Alabama.
